  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

    • Undamaged and unaltered (no scratches, stains, or broken seals).

    • Accompanied with a receipt or order number.


🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products once opened/used.

  • Jewelry or accessories damaged after delivery.

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items marked as Final Sale.


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • If you receive the wrong product, size, shade, or a damaged item, we will provide a free exchange within 7 days.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the item you want is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit instead.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued after our team inspects and approves the returned item.

  • Refund methods:

    • Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash (for prepaid orders).

    • Store Credit / Voucher (for COD orders or if preferred).

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after return approval.
